They have good indoor fittings and the rooms are quite airy and spacey, the mattress comfortable because I love hard mattresses. However, customer service is poor, the food is poor, maintenance culture highly poor(the bathroom, bedsheets, surfaces dirty), inconsistent light, e.t.c Considering its located close to IITA, I would have recommended the place for visitors only if they make an improvement on the aforementioned issues.

The services are very poor. Air conditions are not working, the the room toilets are smelly, the refrigerators are not working. The room attendants are not courteous. Everything is jot ok.

My stay here is cool,the rooms are quite big and clean and their services are excellent.

Good place if you're looking for nice low budget accomodation in the outskirts of Ibadan. Located within the vicinity of IITA and a 10 mins driving distance from the university of Ibadan.

Good accommodation space, gives the homely experience. Quite affordable, quiet and peaceful and it's about safe.
