Customer service is okay. Their fresh pineapple juice is really good. I ordered Spaghetti Bolognese and they gave me stir fry instead. The prices are fair. Can't vouch for the food. The pepper soup i had a while back was good though.

Biobak Kitchens is a top-rated restaurant in Ibadan located beside Bon Nest Hotel, New Bodiia. Although Biobak's hard to locate for people who've never been there before, they overcompensate for that in other aspects.

Biobak serves top-class meals. My friends and I had pounded yam, with a well-garnished egusi soup, and succulent meat.

The scenery is also appealing and well-arranged, and there's enough to entertain you at Biobak.

If you appreciate good meals and can pay for them, Biobak's your best bet.

Their foods are very nice,rich and tasty. Good Customer service. Nice ambience. Food is quite affordable. I always love to eat there, because its always neat, the food is always freshly prepared and hot.

Here for a birthday party..Good food, but poor organisation by staff with serving...

They should improve on that and work on keeping a good first impression to clients.

Very cool and ambient environment. The have big dinning table sets that allows you to comfortablly have hangout with group of friends, colleagues. Food is nice, chicken is very massive ???? and it's quite affordable

Had an overall good experience.
The good: newish facility, very comfortable bed, o.k. bathroom, ample space, the 2 bedroom will accommodate 4 visitors and even more, relatively quiet environment. Courteous staff.
The not so good: internet never worked during my stay, I was told that it was a one-off issue from the service provider. The kitchen in the apartment had a full service cooker and oven (not typically used by short term visitors) but did not have a microwave oven (very useful for heating food). Food from the Biobak kitchen/restaurant was o.k. but on the expensive side.
Will definitely consider staying again in the future especially if visiting with the family, it is better value for multiple visitors compared to a solo visit.
