BAYSE ONE PREMIUM HOSTEL IS LOCATED AT SERENE ENVIRONMENT. THE PLACE IS NEAT. THERE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY. THE PLACE IS GOOD FOR KIDS AND ADULT.

The environment was quite serene. The apartments themselves are quite okay but won't WOW you if you've seen better. Good Service and friendly staff. They even replaced defective appliances upon checking. But they could have confirmed that before checkin considering their rates. All in all, its a good place to stay for a family get away in ibadan.

Was there to book apartments for my guests. Their services are good but noise of music in the area should not be allowed.

I went there briefly and it was nice. It is a serviced apartment and it is very affordable. 24hours electricity. Very secured and peaceful
