Very terrible experience. No hot water. No working tv station, No air conditioning. The intercom wasn't working because there receivers deliberately leave the phone number on, making the extensions permanently busy. The staff that attended to me lied that they would turn on the generating plant and air conditioning will by 12 pm. But it was all a lie . The staff were courteous though, hence the one star if not, it is supposed to be zero star. .thank you

Rooms are good, the pool has been drain

Booked for their signature suite for ₦15,000 per night. Ended up bathing with bottle water brought in for personal use, their excuse was that they pumped water to the wrong floor and the floor we booked didn't get water.

It's a terrible place to lodge, their staff was unprofessional and unapologetically rude. Feeling like they did a great favor by bringing a bucket of water for family of 4.

I won't recommend, Google should allow zero star for businesses like this
