I was at PMT on Friday as i was headed for PHC. As the second passenger for that day i requested for seat no. 2, only for the cashier to tell me it's been taken, so i took seat no. 13 instead. Later i saw someone take the seat i initially requested for, so i went to the cashier to ask what happened, only to be told that the other guy booked online. I went to this guy and ask him, and he said he bought the ticket when he arrived.
So i reported my experience to a supervisor who immediately took care of my complaint.

But that experience was something i don't wish for anymore.

Aside their reckless drivers, on the averaging this is the best transport company in the country, the biggest and aldo affordable, good comfort compsred to the price, nice buses and always new, but most of their drivers are not properly trained.

This Company will be around for a very long time if they learn new ways of doing things, and if the Management look into what their Drivers and Employees do to their customers, because improving customer service skills can lead to greater customer satisfaction and a more enjoyable experience for them. It is important to provide good customer service; to all types of customers, including potential, new and existing customers. The benefits of customer service improvement are customer loyalty, customer referrals, increased customer satisfaction and increased revenue. Employees who can provide good customer service will help to retain customers and grow the business. Learning new ways to run a business isn't just the smart thing to do, it's actually good for every business.
