The inconveniences caused by packing of luggages especially waybills is extreme. Worst still is that your comfort as a passenger is not considered.

Rude Driver in my initial booking
Booked online which was good and had 10% discount for doing so.
Buses are good, didn't have issues

Your bus services is depreciating daily...Even when we are paying exorbitant amounts to our different locations,your staff will use the whole load in the world to make one uncomfortable..Currently boarding a bus to umuahia and sincerely speaking...Am disappointed...Load everywhere,i cannot enjoy the comfort anymore..Please you guys should do something cox this is becoming a norm..
