I would be very objective with my rating on Niger Foundation hospital because this is the only facility in Enugu where I receive quality medical care since 2019 after I had a successful hernia surgery at the facility. I was referred to NFH by my colleague at work who had a very good ???? rating about them. I fell in love with the serene and neat environment which is the type I have always been used to all my life. The doctors, nurses, cleaners and other attendants are always well dressed and professional going about their duties. However, it is sad to note personally that the hospital and its staff always appear too busy which does not translate to how fast clients are attended to. The waiting/queue time is usually too long and tiring. I can’t tell what the patient wards looks like because I have never had a free space even when I needed bed rest or admission at the hospital. The wards are always filled to capacity. The management should do a proper analysis of staff strength and facilities available against the growing number of clients they have to ensure proper client management. I would still rate them G????????D

Despite being a modern hospital this place lacks the speed and doctors to attend to the large crowd of patients that come for medical services. They should at least try and get more doctors rather than expect patients to pay extra for emergency attention. Spending more than 4hours in a Private hospital is just horrible to say the least. Even a govt hospital won't do that.

Normally I should have given just a star, but I decided to give two because of the environment and appearance of the staff.
The Delay is much. I do not recommend for someone who is having kidney issues. The nephrologist may not attend to you for over a week. I learn he comes Tuesdays and Thursdays, but he never show up. You can wait for all day and yet will not see him. His charges are high about 15k consultation fee yet he doesn't show up. If you have emergency you might die while waiting for the doctor. The environment is nice, the payment is fast, but the pharmacist are so slow, the specialist doctors are disappointing

Beautiful hospital, makes you almost want to fall sick. Wonderful staff, efficient, respectful and kind. Attentive and skilled doctors too. System is very organised, rest assured you're in good hands. But odikwa costly

The Doctors are few hence resulting to slow consultation. A patient will sit for more than 5 hours trying to see a doctor. A private hospital which is supposed to be fast in services.

Nice structure, unfortunately the person we have waited days to see (Nephrologist) is not coming to the hospital and no one to attend to patients. Will advice they engage another nephrologist
