Nice and serene estate-like hotel in the heart of New Haven. Clean and very functional with courteous staff. The Internet works and fairly fast and steady. I had no much issues or reasons to ask for helps from the front desks as most facilities worked well. It's a bit priced above average but very worth it. You can get discounts if taking more rooms or nights.

Built in a simple homely design, with a large pool and situated in a quiet neighborhood, this hotel is a good deal for mid-level executives looking to chill away from the noise of Enugu.

Rooms are a tad pricey though, coming in at N25k upwards. The food is definitely a hit. Try the vegetable soup and the okro. They went to Harvard!

A good hotel I will rate three and half stars if available. Location is a big plus for Neocourts, easily accessible from and to the airport. A bit old in term of some room facilities though upgrades ongoing when I stayed there in early February 2021. Spacious rooms and bed, large swimming pool and bar. Close proximity to some relaxation centre. Parking space maybe a challenge when fully book. They don't do breakfast and bed. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The rating above and this review is just for the hotel pool bar. Never used the hotel room proper.

They have the best grilled cat fish in Enugu. No competition. But it's also the most expensive (N12,000). It also takes about 2hrs to be ready so ideally you should order ahead of your arrival. The good thing is that they tell you it would take about 1:30hr when you order so you can assess if you can wait or not.

Drinks are moderately priced by Enugu standards (N1,000 for almost all beer).

The waitress/waiters can be a bit slow or it could be a case of being under staffed. Either way you can't get their attention right away either to get more drinks or to compute your bill.

The rest room is decent. It is also calm place with a nice Ambience. Not over crowded and No loud music which is a plus. You can come here for a relaxing time and to have a discussion over fish and beer.

The pool is also clean and inviting. Certainly good to look at even if you ain't swimming. There are rarely swimmers there in the evening so you don't have to worry about it.

It's a cozy place, serene. Although, they don't offer complementary breakfast ????
Their staff are cordial too.

NB: The hotel room rates are set to fit mostly the upper class of the economy, but you can negotiate based on your duration of stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights and the WiFi never worked. I complained but nothing was done about it.
I was disappointed when I was told that the rates do not come with breakfast. I wanted a cup of coffee and had to pay 400 niara for a sachet of nescafe.
Friendly reception Samuel,Clair and Queen were very nice, but the housekeepers aren't.
