This is actually a 5-Star hospital, it keeps expanding!

The best Neurosurgical hospital in the South East and, possibly, in all of Nigeria.

The environment is perfect. Lot's of places to sit and relax. Wide parking spaces. It is also a hygiene-concious hospital.

The staffs are very nice and friendly, right from the gate/security men, gardeners, kitchen staffs, gardeners, to the nurses and the rest of the staff.

I read lovely reviews about this hospital but Today I found out they're all fake. Very insensitive and inconsiderate, I have been booking an appointment to see the cardiologist since one week now and everytime I call, a different person picks the call and gives me a different time or tells me to call back as if they don't have a time table, today's own was worse because it cost me alot to get a vehicle from the village to convey the patient to the hospital cause I called twice today and they gave me time, just as the patient was on the way to the hospital I decided to call back just to be sure of the time then I was told that the doctor won't be coming at all till Thursday, so the sick person is supposed to wait till Thursday? Not to talk about money spent on transportation for nothing, after having thier staffs write fake reviews and hype up the hospital they don't have a doctor, imagine? Why write that you have a cardiologist when you know you don't have. What a shame!

The environment was really clean and serene. The staff were courteous and they have more facilities and equipment than I've seen in any hospitals around

So, it is a neat environment observing the "supposed" health protocols, but there's a dire need for thorough training especially the front desk personnels. Customer Service Training shouldn't be underestimated in an organisation like this.
