I'm giving it a 3-star review tho, the place is beautiful.
Lovely pool but very uncared for. The pool has been met dirty a lot of times, and anyone can swim with or without the right swimming trunks and women don't even cover their hairs. However, it was fun all the while I visited.
Good selection of food too. Lest I forget, makes sure to go with a towel if you plan to swim there.

Well equipped with facilities dedicated to general fitness as well as body building. Most of their equipment are in good working condition and their staff, friendly. They also run a dance fitness class. Could get a little crowded on Saturday mornings.

It's a good place to swim and hang out with friends. The quality of the food (chicken peppersoup to be specific) is good. The waiters need to be more friendly. I didn't like the way she handled our questions, it was too dry and unfriendly.

A nice small gym, not so much on equipment but there's a group of very friendly people who attend that gym and that's good for motivation to workout.
The manager, Stanley is also very nice as well and always available to help out if you need.

A good place for gym and fitness center. Also has a pool outside and sit out to chill and have fun and drink and talk, place is cool but average, need to work more on their customer service and take into consideration the complaints meted by customers, but on all the place is cool.

I love the place. Sufficiently equipped to accommodate many people at a time. Got a nice pool to swim after some work out????

Not enough equipment, especially dumb bells. There seems to be only one pair of dumbbells for each level, making contention for them unworkable during peak times.

Also, there's not an adequate variety of weight machines and many of the resident ones are not in a great shape.

Monthly subscription is pretty cheap though at 7000 Naira, so I think it's a good deal for a beginner.
