Old and run down hotel. Cheap and affordable though.

It's a moderate place.
Not very exclusive but also a good place to chill out.
It has a bar but it's very good to write home about.

Price was affordable but not really clean and water was an issue plus telecoms don't work.

Fairly good rooms, with AC, but poorly maintained bathroom. Poor laundry and kitchen service.
