The first Fidelity bank branch and main branch in Enugu before main branch to rangers avenue. No enough office space and parking lot, 2 atms, nice staffs nice bank

Very nice branch. The only problem is that there is no big parking space for your car

The bank customer service is abysmal, COVID-19 protocol are use as a facade for frustrating non-affluent customers. If you are not affluent and flamboyant, go with your sleeping mat because you are going to need it.

The only branch in ogui road. You should go early if you want to ne out in a second. There aren't much space to park so better come prepared to park nearby.
