The hospitality services is extremely poor, most of the staff are not helpful. The maintenance work is lacking; faulty shower and tap, no daily housekeeping cleaning. My hubby was pressed and no tissue I had to call severally for tissue and request for cleaning but this took the whole day to be done at the end of the day no tissue was brought. We had to cancel the rest our stay. Am very disappointed the hotel is simply overrated

No water after a day. Poor staff management. If you ordered food a minute ago, you can't call to change your mind. You have to eat the food

The workers are not trained in hospitality. No water from the shower, had to request for a bucket and bowl. Wanted a spoon but waited in vain only to be told there was no spoon in the hotel and was eventually offered a plastic spoon. Service very poor.

The Rooms are nice but what’s a beautiful room with poor staff? I think the management should watch their staff closely as staff are an indirect representation of any business.

The executive room wasn't worth the name. Water interrupts and WC-Flush handle was broken, no brush after-Business for cleanup, no cold water.

The hotel just has a fancy scenery for nothing. Light was the only thing available and the rooms were neat too.
But, water kept going off throughout my stay, the heater wasn't functioning either. Worse still was their customer service, it was really poor and their staff unresponsive and not courteous at all.
