The Government (Gov Godwin Obaseki's regime) of Edo state still has a lot of work to do.

Let's begin with night trades in the market, the lighting in the market is nothing to write home about. Street light was put there, it's a fact we all know but there still is no maintenance culture in the Government's DNA.

The market is supposed to have improved more than it currently is (16-09-2021) but it still looks and feels like 10years ago.
(I'm not slandering anybody, it's just that they need to do better, a lot better if I might add.).

Now for the market... it's known for sea food like the catfish, prawn, Herring, Mackerel and so on. You can get cartons of proteins from there and at a much cheaper rate than you are getting elsewhere.
You can get a carton of chicken for as low as N18,000 no cap???? , and others sell as high as N22,000-N25,000 which is exorbitant.

Don't come in with your Car, if your not mobile there is a Central Park to any part of Benin.. Comon landmarks are Benin Central Park and Decaf lounge and Bar

Well its not that big, the ground are always messy but not that messy, they mainly deeds on selling fish; pond(cat fish) dried or alive, river fish, crayfish fresh or dried, and also they sells spice like pepper soup and banga spice and dried or grinded pepper.
They also sell native salt, alum, potash,periwinkles and ogbono.
If you are preparing soup like banga and owo this is the place to come to, they have everything you need, except the owo oil, the marketers can tell you where to get that.
Ps.They sell at best price.
