It's an OK place. Neat enough with basic amenities like water heater. Food is OK too. It has a swimming pool and sitting area by the pool side. It's really very massive. I'm sure it has other facilities like event Hall and bar. There's an ATM located inside the reception which I find very thoughtful.

It is the filthiest hotel I have stayed in recent times. The bathroom is a death trap, the shower is falling apart. The TV was not working u0026 despite complaints of it was not fixed. The hotel is crying for upgrading of facilities and renovation.
No kettle or beverages ( mini bar) not even bottle water
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The exterior is ok.

The hotel ok beautiful outside, some of the rooms are spacious I have to change to another room, I waited longer for the TV to be fixed
The air conditioning was not working,
Even the rooms I moved into the TV was not working as well waited to be fixed but was not fixedl, the staffs are nice and polite

The receptionists are cordial. The rooms are spacious. The toilets and the room furniture need upgrade. Cracks on the toilet bucket in the room I stayed

It is a good alternative to Protea, but further down the star rating.
The rooms do not have bright overhead lighting, but are comfortable.
The bathroom shower of the business suite I used did not run properly. I almost broke the shower rose off the pipe.
Power is 24/7 with air conditioning, unlike other hotels in its class.
If you love foreign news, get ready to fight for it. They love NTA here. ????
In summary, it is a good place to sleep, not necessarily to enjoy.

Updated review:
Well once more the hotel in itself was very very very ok. It was nice. Light, hot water, Air conditioning, pool. Great.

But once a again the clueless staff has made something as simple as breakfast very annoying and complicated. Till the point they refused to pick my calls till I made a transfer of 3800 for food they hadn't even prepared. It's okay sha.

I really do think this is the end of our relationship.

Would be trying out other very close hotels.

Lovely environment, very cool. Friendly staff. Loved the view from while taking my bath but my room was at the last floor and the elevator was under maintenance it was well mounting those stairs so I couldn't really tour. The event planner that booked the rooms had a discount but the staff made me pay the full amount who, h was so painful when she heard it. Aside all that it was really nice
