A small but homely place. It was renovated recently which resulted in about 50% increase in the rates. Though, the increase in rates attempt to classify it as a 3 star hotel but the services and utilities have not improved. So it remains a 2 star hotel.

Okay but can change room prices against stated fixed price depending on demand. Don't be surprised price on receipt can be different from what they actually collected.

The room is okay, just need a towel hanger in the bathroom.

Located off New Lagos road in Benin City, the capital of Edo state. It is not really grand as its name implies. The view is not good because it is situated in the midst of some decrepit residential houses.
The service is fairly okay. Some of the facilities needs urgent attention. The furnishing is good and power is stable.
The hotel is more cozy than romantic.

Really nice place although the tap and heater in the bathroom need some maintenance. I really liked this place. Food was absolutely delicious and room prices fair. I'll come back.
