One of my worst experiences staying in a hotel.
Security-wise, the place is good but other services are nothing to write home about.

Dirty rooms, the staff is never on ground to answer your question.
If you plan early checkout maybe around 5am, this is the worst place to stay because you won't see the staff to check you out and gates are locked!.

Dirty bathroom, small towel size, poor amenities in the room and Power supply is abysmal.
I still find it hard tho believe this hotel is within a Federal university campus.
They should demolish it and convert that place to a Zoo.

Very nice and clean rooms with good quality food. The parking space very secure with lights the environment is great inside University of Benin main campus.

It's safe and quite, however they don't give you towel and the bathrooms are generally dirty.

Security wise, it is great. They need dedicated house officers to clean the rooms u0026 toilets properly. The renovation taking place should be completed quickly.

The service is great, but the room need to be looked into. For a 6k per night room, the Bathtub shouldn't be stained - like a permanent stain.

Maybe other rooms are better.
