A peaceful community to be in,both in private and commercial property are all in accordance with the laws of the land.The Elders Council are elite's in various spheres of life's,traditionally and religiously, even in their various establishment where they worked and retired, added more moral examples for the youth,women and visitors.Security surveillance is a 24hrs service's,with the advantage of a police divisional headquarters, and local vigilante. More so a town planning system is what the community practice,there by giving opportunity for vast development,farming and other businesses,while the river, streams around the community boundaries,enhanced the environment as a tourist attraction,alongside a confluence at the end of the two river flowing towards Ikpe river,along Benin Abraka road and orhionmwon river respectively
