There's basically nothing you won't find in this complex, except you want to buy tractors or limousines. The complex services students, staff and visitors of the University of Benin. Basic services include sales of stationary, internet services, food sales, photocopy and print services, basic household articles, hair saloons, shoe mending, shuttle services, fashion items, etc. Prices are regulated by the Student Union Government, so, be sure of great prices. No parking space available but security is guaranteed here.

A place to quickly pick up one or two things if you are too busy to go to town. Food, provisions, drinks and stationary including photocopy. Prices of provisions are more expensive than in the city possibly because it is right at the campus back gate.
