Spent 7 nights here. The place is indeed beautiful from the outside and they have nice furniture in the apartment. It’s beautiful place, a lot of good money was spent here. Air conditioner installed everywhere, though not cooling well in the rooms. Didn’t try the food I stayed in one of the apartments A3. I cooked my meals especially because the food is expensive. The main problem I have is the way the place is maintained. It’s like the staffs have no idea about what hospitality is. The apartment wasn’t well cleaned daily and my beddings was only changed on day 4 when I complained. The staffs are clueless. They don’t attend to you on time. The socket for the air conditioner in the living room got spoilt on day 4 and it hasn’t been fixed. There is no technical staff on the facility. I was told to wait while they would get a technician. Still waiting for that.
They always turn off their generator at night at least for 2 hours. On a particular night it was heat that woke me up from my sleep. This is very bad. Because the apartment is not cheap.
The noise at night is huge. They always give out the other apartments to people doing parties and when I complained about the noise I was told the people hosting parties always pay more. Which means they didn’t really care if I got a good night sleep which I didn’t for the two consecutive nights they had parties Friday and Saturday.
The cleaning was poorly done.
If you need a good night sleep don’t stay here. They are boys here every night doing party or making noise at the pool side. The pool should have closing time and the music at the bar is loud till the last person at the bar leaves which is early hours of the morning. If you’re used to quality hospitality don’t stay here.
The WiFi is extra slow. Make sure you have your mobile data. And the connection is very poor from the apartments.
In all I hope they can improve on their services it has prospects to be the best, hence 1 star.
