Poor customer service, rooms where poorly maintained as the sheets were dirty, the hot water was also none functional as staff had to provide hot water for bathing in buckets. I only spent a night due to limited option at the time of booking

Prenox hotel and Suites is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I spent 5 days at this hotel in February 2022 and I would not recommend the hotel to anybody. Three days into my stay at the hotel and on my way out, I was informed at reception that they needed to make some repairs to my room and if I was okay to move to another room. I said fine and my bags were moved to another room. I returned to the new room later in the evening and there was a sticky substance on the floor and bedside cabinet, there was a hole in the wall in the room and the windows were not aligned properly meaning there were spaces in the windows so the air conditioner could not keep the room cool. More crucially I found out that the hotel LIED to me that they were making repairs to my room and actually gave my room to another customer. I asked for laundry services to clean my clothes and they destroyed my clothes with fluff and added somebody's else clothes to mine and wanted to charge me for another person's laundry. The service at Prenox hotel and suites was disgusting, you can imagine how you will feel if you were lied to in order to vacate your room and then give your room to someone else.

Hmmmm Prenox hotel and suites one of the Best hotel I have ever been to. The staffs are so friendly and respectful. Good space. Very nice room. I really enjoyed my stay I can’t think of any other place to stay than Prenox. I recommend this hotel for anyone going to benin for anything ❤️???? thank you Prenox

Have not stayed here. All comments have to do with experience getting to the bar, and using the bar.

Not so clean exterior, they were doing some form of drainage cleaning,probably why d place didn't smell good outside.

Not worth the price. Dismissive staff once they found out I wasn't lodged. Maybe they felt tips may not be as good.

Imaging asking can I pay by transfer, and being told yes.
Only to have lukewarm drinks and be told that unless you are a guest you have to pay cash or card.
