Proper direction from the security, has parking space, a shopping centre. It's directly opposite St Paul's Catholic Church airport road benin, the customer service upstairs was polite and warm. Solution was provided with many options available. The experience was nice

The staff was not friendly in attending to me. I was kept waiting while another was using his computer and I found this very unfriendly customer-client relationship. Which is poor.

A better building and better everything now with the renovated office. The offices are big enough to fit many customers in on a busy day. But their parking area is small and tight. It's best to go there in the morning or shortly before their closing time by 6pm. Overall, i am pretty impressed with their new changes. 4 stars from me.
