The is very nice, clean and spacious. It has variety of foods and goods. Their Service are very affordable, very friendly and delicious. The place is highly recommendable for outing and hosting o event such as meeting and birthday parties. It can also be used for kids event.

This is a place with many businesses on it. No wheel chair entrance though, but there is wheel chair packing at one side. The complex houses the most popular bet company in Nigeria, Bet9ja and there is a pub at a corner.

The building is substandard because for a place with different offices they didn't create something to help the handicapped
