A wonderful place to sit and relax.
There food very nice and affordable.
I have only used their Bar services and ate their food..So basically,my rating entails the Bar services and Kitchen..Friendly staff and quick services.

The rooms are comfy and beautiful but managements is very bad.
Cockroaches bit my client that was lodged in one of their rooms after complaining severally about cockroach presence days before she got bitten.
The rooms are quite small. i.e the lowest room (7,500naira)
The other rooms are from 10 , 12, 15, 25 thousand as at 2020 November

Nothing spectacular about this hotel. The room above the least priced one is a small room with a decent bathroom. For 10k, not bad value for that amount either. It'd rate it 3/5. Not my fav location. Overall, the staff were nice and they had my purse i'd forgotten returned. Decent place.

It's not a bad place to relax, it's beautiful, parking space is adequate. However, one must be attentive as he might easily miss the entrance, in which case one would have to make two u-turns

Nice new hotel. Staff are friendly and rates are OK. Easily accessible to various events in Benin city. The short coming is non availability of Swimming pool.
