Almost everything needed by the students can be bought here. This building is where you find the office of the Student Union Government (SUG) uniben chapter. Also, the National Association Of Nigerian Students(NANS) Secretariat can be found here.

University of Benin Student's centre where the Student's governing council operate. The name was derived from the cancelled election in June 12, 1993. This name became fitting as a former Student Union Government leader was assassinated in the struggle for students. He was known as Williams Ubong. So it's a memorial centre for him.
