I had just finished checking in one evening when I overheard a checked-in guest complaining about no water, despite previous complaints dating back to the morning. The attending receptionists, both male and female, were clueless and uninterested in helping the beleaguered and I. I had no choice but to demand a prompt refund. No matter how cozy the rooms are, you can't stay in a hotel without running water to bathe or a friendly way of addressing a worried guest. Hotel management is a different ball game and obviously I don't think they have got it.
