Big joe motor. I had use this transport system for sometime now. The customer service are good and the drivers are experienced and well trained. The cost of traveling with big joe motor is affordable. Their bus are sound and work properly even though there is no Air condition in some of the buses. I recommend this transport company for you.

Very poor customer's service. I boarded a Big Joe Bus from Benin to Abuja. Vehicle broke down at the bridge, close to a village just after Lokoja. The driver had to get a towing van, and we towed to the village. The driver called for help from the Abuja park, and they promised to send us a bus as early as possible, the following day. We the passengers spent the night at one cheap hotel... Only for us to wake up the following day, and not get any response from the Abuja office. Some passengers were able to find their ways, leaving the rest of us behind —about 9 passengers, stranded. I called and kept calling their support numbers I found online, and until they finally answered. They didn't send any bus, like they promised the previous day. We all had to find our way, and boarded another vehicle from Lokoja to Abuja.
