Staff are courteous but the security staff can manage queues better by sorting customers by their needs and direct them to the right place to queue rather than following the herd.

They are customers service oriented. Business minded center! If you have issues with your Airtel sim, it's a one stop center.

Purchased the Airtel mifi but the service experience left a sour taste as the sim I purchased could not be provisioned for use. Visited thrice more with no resolution.

Not a bad place. Always congested. So, you better get there early if you don't intend spending the rest of your day there.
There's always a wait outside canopy to seat and wait for your turn.
And here's a tip; once you get there, endeavor to write your name, phone number and your intension or purpose of coming on their provided booklet because it's in the order of the written names that customers are called in to the office.
And once you get in, see the receptionist on the right hand side immediately after the entrance door; for another booklet to write same details you wrote outside.

Remember to come with your Face Mask and your NIN; even when u think there's no need of it (there certainly might be).

It's a little bit stressful - as it's usual with things in Nigeria; but I hope this gives you a clue especially first timers and it's located along Lagos - Benin road close to a bank; off Uselu Shell.

By the way there's a TV to keep you entertained; just don't get bored cause it's advert after advert and a repetition of sequence.
