Parlos vedas Hotel is not a great hotel to be honest. It's old and the management is poor. But if you want the lowest price you can afford.. Maybe go there, rooms are less than #8,000 for a night. The gen was switched off by 2am.. Afterall you're being offered the kind of service you paid for. That is just the truth
