The hotel is clean, operates in moderate safe environment.

They offer breakfast for the number of days you will stay.

You will have to present a means of identification before check in.

They also assist with airport taxis.

What I did not like about them was the attitude of staff, especially the receptionist, she can do better.

I recommend them.

When I first knew this place, they don't give rooms any how to young guys especially if you look or appear irresponsible, they will tell you that there are no rooms available.
The compound is always quiet though it is located close to the expressway.

This place is expensive not for low income earners.
Their services are very much ok. Clean and tidy big rooms. They have Steady power supply. They also have indoor bars and dine in settings where you can actually have varieties of food, depending on the ones in their menu.
You can have a banquet here for your wedding reception.
You will sure get value for your money here.
Their entrance road is accessible.

The rooms are pretty with the basic amenities.
Their services however can be much improved.
There is a rug in the receiption lobby that doesn't lap well and keep tripping people up. I almost fell 3 times.
No sense in offering complimentary breakfast if I would have to buy drinking water to go with it.
Also some quality checks after the cleaning is done should be done. I had to change my room several times because either the rug in the room was smelling or I'm seeing finger nails on the floor and finger prints on the bathroom glass stall

It's a very wonderful hotel, so neat, nice ambience, wonderful reception, great rooms, nice features, spacious parking lots, but sadly no elevator ????. You have to climb the staircase which is very stressful if your room is at the topmost floor.

Well furnished, comfortable and their room service is excellent. Directed a lot of my friends there and that is always the place my uncle love staying anytime he comes down to east.

Should be in the top 3 hotels in Akwa.

The rooms are neat, the service is excellent, but the bathroom wasn't properly washed. It had stain marks consistent with a bathroom that hasn't been properly scrubbed in days or weeks.

The complimentary breakfast was decent also.

They require a government issued ID card to admit guests. I can understand why they want that, but what I do not understand is why they need to make a copy of that ID and how long they intend to keep people's data.
