I had a decent experience. The room was tidy and the bathroom was neat, that was all I needed for the night.

- Lovely and calm environment
- Good customer service
- Friendly price (compared to the facilities available)
- I love the fact that I could access all switches from the bed
- The heater works very well, but isn't connected to the shower
- If you want a bigger bed size, don't go for the lowest priced room
- Constant power supply
- AC works well
- I think the lights in the room can be improved on

The hotel is cozy, serene and cool. Their rates are quite pocket friendly. The rooms are sizable and the service is a little above average.

Great 4 star hotel. Their workers are good and accommodating. The ac works mostly in the night. The switches in their room is mostly faulty. But apart from that every other thing is perfect. Thumbs up to the kitchen department

Well, it's not the best hotel around but it's definitely up to standards. The environment is cool and calm and their service is well above average.

The room I stayed in was a very good one with everything working perfectly except the light bulbs which probably was faulty and they failed to replace it. Other than that it's just like every other hotel in Awka. One more thing you might like is that their services comes cheaper than what other hotels offer. I spent N7k for a night at Kings Merit.

Sorry, the faulty light bulbs had me giving four stars because I wouldn't have seen in the dark if not for the light coming from the TV and also times when I had to make use of my phone flashlight.

The hotel is okay. The workers are friendly. There was Air condition and fan in the rooms. The kitchen was prompt in serving food. An excellent hotel for its class. The only set back is packing space for vehicles, it isn't much.If you are in Awka and needs a low budget hotel that gives you all the comfort you desire King Merit Hotel is a place to be.

Nice and clean place to be. Their services is 70 percent though. You can try it and enjoy some time there.
