Well the fact is that the transit company has drastically reduced her fare from awka to Nnewi from#400+ to #300 buses and siennas while Coaster buses are #200 passenger thus the passengers/commuters hardly wait 3 minutes before the vehicle leaves the depot due to number of passengers patronizing the Depots and passenger needs not be scared of the vehicle getting broken down on the way for the company easily provides another vehicle!

Your waybill services plus the handlers are quite unprofessional. The staff there require thorough training as lack manners.
Personally, it's a no for me, and not gonna patronize again in the future.

They are organised...From the issuing of tickets to the sitting arrangements in the buses...
But the only problem some of the buses are not meant to be used anymore...Some are old and look like traps for accidents

One of the oldest transport companies in South East Nigeria with major routes in Enugu, Awka, Nnewi. My experience with this transport company is not funny. Their buses are quite old and the drivers are reckless. And they are one of the few transport company to take you from Enugu to Nnewi. I really wish they can improve on their services

Eastern Mass Transit transport system quite reliable. Goods forgotten in buses can easily be gotten back by passengers. They need to upgrade their park in terms of aesthetics. The drain in front of the park should be tidied

Good transit but some of the conductor working there are just annoying,.so insultive...please apply more effectiveness on the workers over there...thanks
