1. Yes it is a room on a budget.
2. The room I stayed in was unkempt. The bed sheet soiled. The floor dirty. The bathroom a bit neat.
3. The AC stopped working at some point in the night.
4. The intercom was not working. Imagine going down stairs from the third floor every time you need something.
5. The water heater was not working.
6. The light in the bathroom was not working.
7. No remote for the TV.

Its a fair hotel. Staff are helpful and rooms appear fairly clean. For someone on a budget its an alternative. Theres a bar or joint just opposite so has great entertainement value. No intercom or elevator so 2nd floor rooms can be stressful. Beddings sorely need to be changed. Food is okay. Ah.. its got some friendly mosquitos in the lobby. So if all hotels are full n u just want to sleep and leave ill recommend it but def not for a relaxation trip.

De-Limit Hotel and Suites have about 30 rooms and situated in the heart of the capital city. It's easily accessible and have moderate priced rooms.

Horrible, cockroaches in the hotel.
Very dirty sheets and duvet.
Not a nice place at all

The hotel is large enough, rooms are standard and there are cheap rooms for a night
