The services were Topnotch, but it doesn’t have an elevator and stairs are quite stressful. But it’s a great place in a nice vicinity.

Royal Park is a nice place to be - the rooms are comfy and the environment is nicely quiet. The managerial staff is impressive. In my opinion, the outdoor bar is not really impressive (it's quite small and has little to no touch of nature) but it's not everyone we want to step out, right?

Affordable hotel. House keepers need to do better. Worms kept coming out of my bathroom, it was disgusting to say the least.

Royal Park as often called is one of the best hotels around summit road. A glass house, well lighting and designed. The road tobthe hotel is good and the environment is serene. Good management and I must commend the staffs. It's also a beautiful place at night. I had fun here. The rooms are indeed worth the prices

Royal Park Hotel u0026 Suites is one of the best hotels in Asaba. This hotel is located around Summit road. A very popular hotel and patronized by high class people. It's a glass house that you would love seeing from outside.it has parking space for cars. The standard of this can be compared to hotels in Lagos. Your cars get washed in the morning. Security is assured, night and day. Lighting is super-dope.
