From outside the hotel is attractive, but service and room maintenance is very poor

The hotel has good facilities that are not maintained, the staff very unfriendly and rude, intercom doesn't work, they only put it on if they want to call you. The staff change tv channels whenever they like guests are forced to watch the programme the staff choose, I stayed in their room for N11,500 per night and the air conditioner doesn't work I complained and they said there was nothing they could do. Their manager is NEVER AROUND. My advice to the owner is that he/she should sack all the current staff and get new ones who are willing to work. My experience here was horrifying I won't recommend this place to anybody.

I didn't lodge. Just went there to lounge. It was average. Staff are warm and professional.

It’s a nice place with nice staffs, clean rooms, steady electricity. It’s just little and comfy!!! ????????✌????
