Nice place but I think they need to upgrade some of their facilities... their hall is nice too and they need enough space for parking foray event going on there

I stayed at suite 310 for 5 nights. The shower taps delivered electric shock to me whenever the water heater was switched on. A colleague who also lodged in another room made the same complaint. When I told the house keeper my observation, he simply asked me to turn off the water heater switch first before using the taps. This is highly unacceptable as it spells that the mgt is simply not interested in getting it fixed. Besides this issue, all other aspects of their service is fair.

Service was extremely bad ... But great room very spacious and clean ... But seems lik they are renovating ...

Used their Hall for training, more attention should be paid to the convenience area.

Hotel cleanliness and management rating has really dropped in the last 3 years. The bathrooms are so untidy with black algaes on the bath tub edges. This is after I had checked through several rooms. My previous rating 3yrs ago was a 3 star but now, the only star left is dim.

Moderate pricing but one should get more for the price offered.
