It is located along Okpanam road, just before Saint Patrick's College.
There are phone shops, photo studio, large format and direct image shops as well as boutiques, nail and makeup studios, fashion design outlets, event management office and numerous other businesses.
There are over 7 banks within a 6kilometer radius to this complex. This includes. GTBank, Zenith, Keystone, Access, Ecobank, and First bank.
It is accessible during rainy and dry seasons.
