Shopping at Home Care Supermarket is not convenient and enjoyable because the place is small and tight with a lot of goods. They have only two Till but only one attends to shoppers more often than not, so sometimes people walk away without buying due to long queue. Poor air conditioning system, so the place is always stuffy especially in the mornings with offensive rat odour. Although with all of the above issues, people still go there to shop because sometimes, they have stuff you can't get to buy elsewhere and convenience for people living around there. The staff are always ready to assist you should you have a need, so ask for help were possible whenever you visit. Pls note that it's not easy to run a supermarket business so I respect the owners of Home Care Supermarket. If the owner can work on the air conditioning system and eradicate the rodents around there, it will improve their service...

Good parking space, fair prices of items. Not enough shopping space inside. Poor attendance to customers in locating items. Good location at accessible road.

The location is fine with a huge parking lot for vehicles but the supermarket is a tad too tight with a cashier who pretends not to notice you till you get irritated.
