El Green Hotel workers are accommodating and so professional. You're being treated as a client and also as a friend.

I always have the best service here, from gate, kitchen to laundry service. Call the reception, they attend to your needs and may be complaints. There's a mini Mart to get few stuffs.

Electricity is 24hrs. Air-conditioning in the rooms are super chilling. VIP bar is open. The environment should be fumigated as soon as possible though. It's a 6/10!

Not really top notch. They need more cleanup to do and room service should clean rooms daily without being informed

From the outer view you may not really love but the interiors are perfect and convenient

This is a hotel that began with little but has grown into a fine place of leisure and relaxation. Kudos to the Management for the expansion work done but Customer Care/ Customer Relations must be improved upon. Members of their staff must be trained and retrained to achieve this all important aspect of hospitality business.

I love the place but the parking space is limited
