I went there at 10am, the Amala wasn’t ready by then. I chose to wait since they told me it’ll take 10mins, 10 mins turned to 1 hour. I have been in Asaba for two months, been craving Amala for a while and I got directed then. The waiting hour did not really disturb me mainly because it’s something I’ve wanted so I didn’t really mind waiting for that long.
When it was finally ready,I wanted take away, I got two Amala, the woman used the small take away plate to pack the food and charged #150 for the plate, a plate of #50.
Imagine two Amala inside that small plate and she’ll still put soup and meat.
It was the worst Amala I have ever tasted, the whole soup poured inside the nylon they used to cover the food.
The price was just crazy expensive as well.
Let’s just say I will never eat there again.
