There's been an improved service since the resumption, timely flight schedule; even better still since they started their flight collaboration with ValueJet. Nice to get called for boarding at the stipulated time. Kudo

I wouldn't touch this airline anymore. They are known for delays and cancellations. I had a cancellation on December 2016 and It took one year and a month of numerous calls, emails, and threats to get my money back. They stated that this is a new era and all their woes were behind them, and that things have changed. Well, I had faith and booked with them again in May 2018, and guess what, my flight was cancelled on the morning of the trip with no other flight options for the rest of the week. It is only fair to say I gave them a try. I'm done now, and I'd advice everyone to stay away too. When they fly though, their flight is good and smooth.

Well flying with them is quite affordable, hitch free and fun. ARIK AIR is your sure plug for Safe travels and the hostess there is sooooo lovely.
I kept staring ????????.

The aircrafts are a bit more in a state of neglect on maintenance and inconsistency in flight operations with disturbing noises while airborne.
