could it be better? sure. personally, I wish there was a POS machine for payment on delivery orders.

but overall, it is a good pick up station with plenty of parking space.

It's only good for pickup at times.
I return an item and they did not access or updated it till it can't be returned to the Jumia office again.
It's a bad experience and I keep calling them to update my item that Jumia already told me to dropped it at their station but they didn't do anything.
I will arrest the manager of this office and he will pay for my items

No fan or AC in the pick up station. The staff is great though

The things I bought the battery are bad. I sent an email no response up till now. I called no response. That's too bad in the part of jumia. The things are useless because I could not use them.
