The hotel room is bad, all their facilities are not working, their Air Conditioner, their water heater, Refrigerator, poor services, their staffs are not friendly, bad maintenance and management, everything is bad here, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ????????

Lounging at First Molac Hotel was a great experience. It's Air Conditioning functional, room television functionality. Attendants was approachable.

First Molac Hotel Akure almost ruined my wedding day. Very poor service. Just on the very day of the event, they were just finding out their sockets were bad because of that we couldn't use proper lighting. My guests that lodged in their hotel got delayed for a very long time because they couldn't get Water to bath. You guys really need to do better

It used to be one of the best hotels in Akure but you know what they say "No reign last forever" Still a good place to lodge in
