I banked here for over seven years and maybe still counting.

It's the major bank within FUTA community. Little wonder it's always market-busy.

Except during breaks, you can always expect to meet a queue either at the ATM post, the teller hall or funny still at the entrance.

The members of staff are however, very friendly and helpful.

Accessibility is poor due to the stairs and gate.
No public toilet.

There are always long queues. The tellers in this bank are very slow. The last time I was there it took the teller there 5mins to attend to a customer.

Compared to their neighbor, they are trying. But I believe they can do better.
