This is a very terrible hotel. The I was coming from Oshogbo and I have a stop over in Akure before going to Onitsha, I could not sleep. There beds were full of bedbugs (idun) this is a terrible experience from a dirty hotel.

The ac is noisy as hell, the room wall is decaying, the bathroom overall condition cannot be explained aside from the running water, the only good thing is it's affordable.

Nice hotel in a neat environment but fairly maintained. Not bad though

Very bad experience. Lodged in to the standard room and....

Pillow cases have 2 different colors.
Very dirty tiles and decayed facilities
Duvet is worn out and very old
No toiletries

To cap it all, i woke up to prepare for my meeting and there was no water to have my bath! ????u200d♂️

This is a very big hotel and affordable... And myself and my family really enjoyed staying in there. Ayus Hotel was also neat and their staffs are well mannered. Talk of their room, that is perfect and their car park was Excellent!!!
They only need to upgrade their sign post! Yeah, that sign post was way too small than what the hotel looks like...

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY LIES ON HERE, THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER VISITED IN MY LIFE...

AC drips water, the asbestos in the toilet is soaked with water from the other toilet, toilet flush tank isn’t working....

This is by far the worst hotel you can lodge!

I couldn’t get my refund, worst mistake I’ve made in a long time...

Don’t waste your money, explore other options.
