It's a pretty nice hotel with an event hall, swimming pool and bar. Though the pool is not so big, it is sufficient for a relaxation swim for a novice or amateur swimmer. I wouldn't recommend for a pro swimmer though. The hotel has a nice service as well

They are very good and excellent, they have everything so in place , their attendant are are exceptionally good and cool... I have a cool experience from them when a guy(2) that do charge in their hall and they show.him love by not sending him away... It's rare..

The staff are very nice, they are willing to listen and are great with their feedback, the swimming pool is nice but it could use more improvement, the surrounding building looked old and worn out, that was the first time I got to know that you can rent swimming trunks and they only sun-dried theirs instead of proper washing.

I can’t believe I paid 9k for a supposed double deluxe room without basic amenities like toiletries and others, then to leave early the next day, they said there is no water to have my bath, this is so ridiculous

Old ill maintained place. There were a lot of coakroachies running riot all over the bathroom, room and furniture, broken tiles, patched walls, torn towel, cheapest toilet roll, broken bathroom fittings, no shower head with only plastic taps and dead phones. Their water heater and AC work though. Their kitchen attendant was rude and disrespectful. I would leave zero star if it was an option.

Electricity supply, perfect, thee was no power failure throughout my stay. And I had my peace security wise. In summary the services is superb. Thanks.
