Sadiate Executive have been existing for over 15years now, they have both old and new branch directly opposite each other and was one of Ado-Ekiti finest back in the day.
The quality in maintenance has dropped drastically and I can't assure you of a 50% guarantee of a fulfilling stay.

Just a regular hotel, nothing spectacular, it looks rather old judging from the facilities and the structure there. The hotel attendants were very polite and nice. It was a good experience overall.

Not a good one. Toilet wit no soap, no tissue paper, just a bucket. And d room, only a mattress and ceiling fan + one socket. So dry!
