Other businesses include Lyk David School of Arts or Dance School, Oluyatography (password Hub), GoGlobal Solutions (a digital agency and provider of Co-working space), Stitches by Lola, etc.

There are two nonprofit organizations in the estate too; BIGIF and FOJSOD.

Recently, a popcorn seller has been added to the estate.

There are Tailors, radiographer, and other things in the estate.

Adamolekun Shopping complex and estate is a one stop shopping complex and estate in Ado ekiti, Ekiti state, Nigeria.

It is an estate with shopping complex making it almost impossible for the people in the estate to have to buy anything outside their environs.
