The hotel is located within the GRA in Ado-Ekiti. It is not well maintained and the rooms are not well ventilated.
However, there's power supply throughout the night and the peppered chicken barbecue served by their kitchen was superb.

Abba Guest House is located within GRA, Ado Ekiti.
Their staff have good customer relation.
Good rooms but need maintenance.

The rooms needs to be reorganized. Kitchen/bathroom tiles in the room is awkward. A wall paper is recommended or nice painting.

It is a serene environment, economical, rooms are neat, bigger than many that I have seen elsewhere. Card entry to rooms, air-conditioning and small flat TVs is most rooms. There is a bar in the premises and parking spaces.

Guest House located in the serene and secure residential area of GRA in Ado-Ekiti. Has a lively bar and a functional kitchen. Local and western dishes are served at the Restaurant. It has a modest parking space. Spacious rooms and keyless entry.
