This place is elegant and inviting, but their menu options are very few. Their shaved ice is well presented and sweet, but I will not personally recommend to adults. Kids will love it. Their customer service is not impressive judging by the fact that I was the only customer and they seems to be too slow. Generally it's a nice place with good views of the main road (Ademola Adetokumbo Crescent). They performance seems to be decreasing over time. The management need to up their game.

Tropical Sno is a cute place in Wuse 2 that serves sweet cold treats like shaved ice and sorbets. It is also fused with Tropical grills which serves wings, sandwiches and sharwarma amongst other things.

ENVIRONMENT
Clean and bright! This place offers somewhat panoramic view of the bubbly Wuse 2 streets. It is great groups and great for dessert after lunch!

SERVICE
Service here is very decent and takes about 5 - 10 minutes. You order at the cashier's till and get to watch while your cold treat is being made.

FOOD
I opted for the shaved ice from Tropical Sno and the Chicken Sharwarma from Tropical Grills. Depending on your cup size, you get to select flavours for your shaved ice and with our cup size, we got three flavours. Tropical Sno offers about 20 different flavours but on the recommendation of the cashier, we got Mango, Strawberry and Pink Lemonade which tasted really sweet and refreshing. Their shawarma was however small but tasted quite good too. Very creamy and filled with chicken!

PRICING
Pricing is quite affordable. You'd spend about 5000 naira for two people. The shaved ice costs 1000 - 1500 while the shawarma costs 1000 - 1200 naira.

If you want to drink concentrated (extremely sweet) colored liquid poured over chewable ice after walking under the sun, then this is the place to be. Outside that, you won't see yourslef too often there.

Terrible customer relation and zero attention paid on three different occasions when taking my orders. Never again will I visit or dream of recommending this restaurant to anyone.
